Nursing professionals at Ministry Health Care provide direct patient care in inpatient, outpatient and home care settings throughout Central and Northern Wisconsin that include a Magnet Recognized facility. Nursing professionals serve patient populations ranging from neonatal to geriatric where the patient comes first in everything they do.
Nursing professionals are supported by a continual learning environment which begins with an individualized orientation program recognizing the different skill set of each new nurse that begins in our organization. Our Nurses for the Future program will support you if you decide to pursue the next level of nursing education. Ministry Heath Care also offers training programs including a Summer Nurse Technician program and a Critical Care Nurse Residency Program.
