Rehab professionals at Ministry Health Care put patients first and work with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive rehab services.  Our facilities provide Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Language and Sports Medicine services. Rehab professionals assist patients of all ages with varying functional limitations. The Rehab Professionals at Ministry Health Care will:

• Evaluate inpatients and outpatients in relation to their diagnosis.  Evaluations are comprehensive, timely, and documented clearly and concisely.
• Set patient goals
• Formulate a treatment plan which is patient focused and outcome relevant to the actual and potential health problems of the patient.
• Initiate, coordinate, and communicate collaborative efforts among health team members to show a comprehensive picture of the patient.
