One Penny Place in Woodruff, Wisconsin is the home of our Resident Care Unit. One Penny Place is an RCAC which stands for Residential Care Apartment Complex. It is the pilot program for the state of Wisconsin in making affordable assisted living for seniors. The Resident Care Unit is vital in the success of One Penny Place because they aim to always put the residents first by caring for them and by providing healthy and nutritious meals.
