|Regular exercise can lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of heart disease.
If you’ve been diagnosed with high cholesterol, follow your doctor’s instructions for lowering it. Be sure to take any medication you are prescribed, eat better and exercise more. High cholesterol numbers can often be lowered through lifestyle changes alone.
