Prepared Childbirth Classes

We encourage all expectant parents to attend these classes. Moms can attend with their partner or someone else who will be their labor companion. It is recommended to come in the 6th-8th month of your pregnancy.

Call to confirm dates - we may have to change dates or cancel for unexpected reasons.

These classes are held in the Women's And Children's Health Center on the second floor of the hospital. Sign up below or call the Birthing Center - 746-3595, if there is no answer call 743-5566 and ask for the OB nurse. The cost is $25.00 per couple and includes the babycare and feeding class (lunch and snack included).

The instructors are experienced OB Registered Nurses and/or Internationally Board Certified Lactation Consultant, helping you and your labor companion prepare for your birthing experience. Refresher class information is available upon request.
