The program offers a variety of adult inpatient and outpatient rehabilitative and diagnostic services. AACVPR Guidelines and a multidisciplinary approach are used when appropriate. Risk satisfaction is used to assess each individual's need and develop a care plan.
Inpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation - Education for diagnoses of congestive heart failure, myocardial infarction and angina; and exercise therapy.
Outpatient Cardiac Rehabilitation - Exercise therapy and education.
Hearty Conditioning - A community-based adult supervised maintenance exercise program with mini educational sessions sponsored by Ministry Door County Medical Center and Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC).
Pulmonary Rehabilitation - Exercise therapy and education.
Stress Testing - Graded Exercise Tests, Thallium Stress Tests, and Persantine/Thallium Stress Tests.
Cardiac Monitoring - Holtor Monitoring - 24- or 48-Hour and Event Monitoring
The Cardiac Rehabilitation Office is open from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday - Friday. Voice mail is available for messages. Weekend inpatient cardiac rehabilitation is coordinated by the nursing staff.
