Surgical Services

Surgical Services provides care to patients through the entire continuum of their peri-operative experience. This department assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the care of surgical patients of varying ages from pediatrics to geriatrics. Surgical Services is considered a multi-specialty department able to provide services for a broad scope of specialties, including orthopedics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, ENT, and full realm of general surgery. The primary omissions are vascular and neuro-surgical procedures.

The surgery department is located on the second of the two floors that were added above the Emergency Department and features three new operating rooms with state-of-the-art technology, individual rooms for admitting and discharging and a recovery room much larger than the existing one.
