1. From the MDCMC homepage, start by clicking by finding “Online Bill Manager” located in the right-hand column as indicated in this screen.
2. If you are a new user of the Online Billing Manager, start by clicking on the button that says “ADVANCE TO ENROLLMENT”. The next screen example (Screen 3) will show you steps on how to proceed by enrolling as a new customer. If you’re an existing Online Billing customer, please enter your Username and Password in the section as indicated on this example.
3. If you’re a new user, the following screen will appear. Enter the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number and your Account Number which can be found on your hospital or clinic statements or by calling one of our Customer Service Support Team Members at 800-522-8919. This screen will also allow you to create a username and password. A Customer Service Member can assist with this as well (if needed).
4. This screen will show an overview of your Account Summary. As you can see, the “View Account Summary” button in the left column is white.
View Accounts Detail: This screen provides a more detailed and itemized look at your account.
Insurance Screen: Enter this section to review your current insurance polices to assure your records are up to date.
Customer Service Screen: This screen will allow you to contact a Customer Service Representative to ask a question or request an itemized paper copy of your statement.
Address Change: use this form to indicate a change of address for your billing statements.
Payment Profiles: Credit Card payment plans can be set up using this form.
