This clinic is an outpatient department of Ministry Door County Medical Center. The clinic provides family medicine. Specialty care services include diabetic services, internal medicine, OB/GYN, rheumatology, podiatry and sports medicine and has an on-site laboratory and x-ray capabilities.

*Summer Hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. (July 1 - August 23; closed July 4th), Saturday 9:00 a.m. - 12 Noon (June 29 - October 12)
