Ministry Medical Group is pleased to welcome Aubrey Hoye, DO to the Emergency Departments located at Ministry Eagle River Memorial Hospital and Howard Young Medical Center in Woodruff.
Prior to joining Ministry Health Care, Dr. Hoye was the Chief Emergency Medicine Resident for the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Peoria/OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria, IL. Her interests include international medicine, aeromedical rescue and transport, wilderness medicine and airway management.
She received her medical degree from the Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine in East Lansing, Michigan, and her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Physiology from Northern Michigan University. Dr. Hoye is certified in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, Neonatal Resuscitation and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support. She is a member of the American College of Emergency Physicians, Emergency Medicine Resident’s Association, Wilderness Medical Society and DOCARE International.
Dr. Hoye values the opportunity to provide emergency care for patients in Woodruff and Eagle River. “I believe I’m at my best when every second counts in an emergency situation,” she said. “I can remain calm and focused under the most adverse situations.”
In her spare time, Dr. Hoye enjoys cross country and downhill skiing, kayaking, snowshoeing, mountain biking, swimming, pheasant hunting, and spending time with her husband and pets.
