Martinson Receives Certified Phlebotomist Technician Recognition
Amanda Martinson, Ministry Eagle River Memorial Hospital (MERMH) Laboratory Phlebotomy Technician, was recently recognized as a Certified Phlebotomist Technician (PBT) through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). While this certification is not required by law, obtaining the certification demonstrates Martinson’s commitment to the patient’s of MERMH.
This certification is renewed every three years by staying committed to the highest standards and participating in the Certification Maintenance Program through ASCP.
