Ministry Medical Group in Eagle River and Woodruff will be sponsoring WIAA pre-participation sports physicals for any athletes in grades 3 – 12 in 2010. This screening meets all WIAA requirements.
The physicals are offered free of charge, but a $20 contribution for your local school’s athletic program is appreciated.
The physicals are scheduled as follows:
Ministry Medical Group in Eagle River
July 13, July 15, July 20 and July 21 from 4 – 6 p.m.
Ministry Medical Group in Woodruff
June 29 and July 13 at 1 p.m.
Appointments are required. A registration form must be picked at the school and the appropriate sections must be completed prior to the appointment. A parent/guardian will need to accompany their child to the appointment. The WIAA sports physical is not intended to replace regular check-ups with your child’s physician.
