October 13, 2008
The Good Samaritan Health Center Foundation is pleased to announce that “Applications for Funds” are being accepted for its 2009 funding cycle.
The vision of Good Samaritan Health Center Foundation is to identify health needs, sponsor programs and/or services that shape the quality and availability of health care, and to enhance the health and well-being of all people in Merrill and the surrounding communities.
Last year, the Good Samaritan Foundation provided nearly $20,000 to six Merrill area agencies to support operations that are consistent with the foundations mission and vision.
“Our annual funding process is a chance for the Good Samaritan Foundation to continue its support of agencies that are making a different in the Merrill Community,” said Foundation Director Kathy Brecke.
Deadline for applications is November 7, 2008. Applications will be reviewed in December with awards presented in January 2009. For more information or to obtain application materials, please contact Brecke at 715.539.5042 or by email: firstname.lastname@example.org
