Good Samaritan Health Center to Offer Free Introductory Yoga Classes in January
Ministry Health Care’s Good Samaritan Health Center in Merrill is offering a pair of free introductory yoga classes to start the New Year.
Scheduled from 6 – 7 p.m. on Tuesday, January 6 and Tuesday, January 13, these free sessions will highlight the basics of Yoga, how it can be adapted for any physical condition, and how its practice can lead you on the path to better health.
The introductory classes are being offered for individuals who have not attended a yoga program at Good Samaritan and would like to experience it before committing to a full series.
The Winter Yoga Classes resume on Monday and Tuesday evenings beginning the week of January 4. Saturday morning classes may also be added with enough interest. Classes are held in the Menard Center on the Good Samaritan Health Center Campus and are taught by Charmaine Hill.
Cost of the Yoga programs at Good Samaritan Health Center is $48 for 8 weeks. As a special offer during the holiday season, anyone who registers before the start of the Winter Classes will receive two weeks free - 10 weeks for $48.
