Summer 2011

On the cover:

"Ephemerella dorothea" is an original watercolor painting by Ken Marsden on Velke' Losiny paper from the Czech Republic.

Marsden usually follows the strict "rules" of transparent watercolor to create his art. "My paintings are an interpretation of what I see, a celebration of the life and world God gave us," he said. "Blending realism with impressionism, I strive to bring viewers a moment of peace, a pleasant thought or memory that allows them to create their own meaning."
