Ministry Howard Young Health Care Board of Directors announce two new members at large
Sheila Clough, President, Ministry Howard Young Health Care (MHYHC), announced the appointment of Margaret S. Johnson and Randy J. Africano as members at large to the board of directors.
Rev. Johnson was Pastor, Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, Eagle River, from 1993-2010. During that time she was Pastoral Liaison for Vilas County Food Shelter, assisted with DayBreak Adult Center, served as pastoral representative to the Palliative Care Coalition of Eagle River, and served on the boards for Klondike Days of Eagle River and Community Mental Health Services of Rhinelander.
Rev. Johnson previously served terms with the Synod Council for the Northern Great Lakes Synod of the ELCA, Church Council for Trinity Lutheran Church, Rhinelander, and Montessori Pre-School, Rhinelander.
Africano is founder and CEO of AAM Consulting, a company established in 1998 that provides aviation asset management and consulting services to health care systems engaged in helicopter EMS operations.
Africano has served in multiple civic and charitable capacities, founding the Hurricane Gilbert Relief Initiative, a charitable effort that provided needed resources for the reconstruction of medical facilities in Jacmel, Haiti. He served on the State of Illinois Airport Planning Commission and the FAA’s Aeromedical Rulemaking Committee from 2003-2005. He is a member of the National Business Aircraft Association, the Association of Air Medical Services, the Patient First Air-Ambulance Alliance, the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association, and Rotary International.
