Tree of Love Ceremony in Woodruff
(WOODRUFF, WI) – The Dr. Kate Hospice staff invites you to a night of fellowship and sharing by lighting a light on the 25th Annual Tree of Love. The Tree of Love will be dedicated at a special memorial celebration on Tuesday, December 3, at 7 p.m., outside the Ministry Medical Group entrance at Howard Young Medical Center. The hospital is located at 240 Maple Street in Woodruff. In recognition of this special 25th anniversary year, everyone in attendance will receive a special gift.
The holiday season can be very painful for those who have had a death in the family, whether it occurred recently, or many years ago. The Tree of Love was established in 1988, as a way to recognize the pain of loss, and to begin the holiday season with love and memories.
The Tree of Love will be lit for the first time at this dedication and nightly thereafter, through the holiday season. Proceeds from the lights purchased for this tree in memory of loved ones will benefit the Hospice program. All memorials received by November 22, will be printed in the memorial booklet.
