Overview - Howard Young Medical Center and Ministry Medical Group-Woodruff offer the convenience of physicians and health care professionals in one location. More than 10,000 residents live in the contiguous towns of Woodruff, Arbor Vitae and Minocqua. Oneida County has a population of 36,776 and Vilas County has a population of 21,033. Minocqua/Woodruff and the surrounding communities take pride in having one of the largest concentrations of freshwater lakes in the world.
