Ministry Medical Group is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician to join the family medicine team at our clinic in Tomahawk, Wisconsin. This is an ideal opportunity to build your practice in a family-friendly, close-knit community.   • 36 hours/week with flexible scheduling
  • Outpatient family medicine
  • Will play an active roll in the Patient-Centered Medical Home
  • Full spectrum including adult, geriatric & pediatric cases
  • Approximately 10-15 patients per day

Board Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of graduate nursing in advanced practice. Master’s degree required, or graduate of an accredited physician assistant program with a university.
  • Current licensure in the State of Wisconsin as a Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
