Clare assists in the coordination, and implementation of physician initiatives that contribute to the growth and increased utilization of hospital, ancillary and physician services at Ministry Health Care facilities.

Principle Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of referral relationship activities that identify the wants and needs of key physician customers and produces strategies that enhance knowledge of existing services, increase satisfaction levels and builds satisfaction with referring physicians and increases Ministry Health Care market share.
• Leads efforts to improve relationships with referring providers to assure continued utilization and growth of services.
• Initiates, defines and coordinates research to determine physician satisfaction levels, existing utilization patterns and identifies barriers to utilization and develops plans to improve referral relations.
