Crandon, WI


 

 

Crandon is located in the northeastern part of Wisconsin. The city is located about 100 miles north of Green Bay. Crandon is home to the Crandon International Off-Road Raceway which hosts the world championship off-road races. The city is known for fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling with its many lakes and hundreds of miles of trails.  The recreation and camping industry allows for tourists to enjoy the beautiful surroundings.  Crandon has two casinos, the Mole Lake casino and Potawatomi Bingo and Northern Lights Casino.  The downtown contains the typical restaurants, retail, and services of a small city.  There are also many hotels, lodges, and inns due to the in-flux of tourists.

 

MMG-Crandon has one family medicine physician, and one nurse practitioner.  The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  There is no call requirement, and the providers see approximately 20-30 patients per day.
