Ministry Medical Group-Crandon is seeking a qualified BC/BP Internal Medicine physician to join our practice in Crandon, Wis. This outpatient-only practice is a great fit for someone looking to practice medicine the "Ol' Fashioned Way." Working with a number of specialists that rotate to Crandon on a weekly basis from Ministry Medical Group-Rhinelander, the clinic's patient mix consists of a third pediatrics and two thirds adult.
The clinic operates Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Our supportive health care includes diagnostic services, family medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, otolaryngology, pediatrics, rheumatology, surgery, lab services and specialist referral.
Crandon is located in the northeastern part of Wisconsin. The city is located about 100 miles north of Green Bay. Crandon is home to the Crandon International Off-Road Raceway which hosts the world championship off-road races. The city is known for fishing, hunting, and snowmobiling with its many lakes and hundreds of miles of trails. The recreation and camping industry allows for tourists to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Crandon has two casinos, the Mole Lake casino and Potawatomi Bingo and Northern Lights Casino. The downtown contains the typical restaurants, retail, and services of a small city. There are also many hotels, lodges, and inns due to the in-flux of tourists.
