We offer an attractive combination of first-year salary guarantee, incentive bonus and benefits package. Other benefits include: health, dental, life and disability insurance, professional liability insurance, two retirement plans and an allowance for continuing medical education and relocation expenses.

Starting salaries are determined by training, specialty and experience, and are guaranteed for up to two years. In addition to the guaranteed salary, new physicians have the opportunity to earn a production bonus in addition to the salary.

At the end of the guarantee period, a physician becomes a fully vested participant in our compensation distribution program. There are no buy-in requirements of any kind nor are there any seniority provisions. If you are the hardest working physician in your department, you will be the highest paid physician regardless of your employment tenure. The compensation plan is specialty-specific and includes attractive incentives for outstanding performance.
