Principle Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the full-life cycle recruiting process including candidate generation, coordination and participation in site visits, background and reference checks, contract issuance and negotiations.   
• Serves as primary resource for candidates on behalf of Ministry Health Care, providing detailed information regarding the opportunities, the organization and the communities Ministry serves.
• Facilitates the relationship development between candidates and Ministry's physicians and administrative staff.  
• Work collaboratively with the liaisons to transition new hires to the pre-employment stage.
