MinistryConnect is a toll-free, single point of contact to transfer a patient to Saint Joseph's Hospital or Saint Clare's Hospital. By calling this one number, referring providers or their staff, will speak with a clinically trained representative who will assist them in transferring their patient in a consistent and comprehensive manner. Based on protocols developed in conjunction with each medical specialty, the representative will help determine the appropriate admitting specialty, make all admission arrangements, capture important referring physician information, and assist with medical transportation needs when using Spirit Medical Transportation Services.
