As a nurse technician, you will find many opportunities for professional growth. You will enhance your knowledge of nursing practice through active involvement with all aspects of patient care. As a member of the health care team, you will become familiar with the role of the Registered Nurse and other health care providers while experiencing a realistic work environment. Finally, you will be given the opportunity for observation time in areas of interest in which you are not currently assigned.
The nursing internship will begin in June 2009 and lasts for 8 weeks.
As a nurse technician, you will be assigned to the same work commitment and shift rotation as your designated partner.
