Group Clinicals

Group clinicals for nursing are arranged through the instructor and Ministry Health Care. Students participating in group clinicals must complete the on-line application form.

Placement Steps

1. Health Requirements Form. All health requirements must be completed prior to start date of rotation/shadowing.
   ***Note: An approved health work verification form documented by your college will be accepted.****

2. An application must be submitted in order to be considered for a placement.

   * Nursing students will need the Ministry Student ID number to complete the computer documentation training which follows below.
   

3. Complete the Computer Based Training (CBT) General Orientation

All clinical rotations at Ministry Saint Clare’s Hospital and Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital require completion of the “computer documentation training” CBT’s prior to the first day of the clinical experience.

Please allow ample time to complete this requirement. Each of the 14 modules may take up to 15 minutes. Complete the training in its entirety. This will result in an auto generated notice back to Ministry Health Care verifying your completion status.

Current Ministry Health Care Employees

If you are a current Ministry Health Care employee, please complete the on-line application recording your placement information. You are not required to complete the orientation computer based training modules (CBT’s). Please have your facility employee health nurse contact Laura Bart to confirm your health status.
