AHA CPR Anytime Training

As part of the Marshfield Clinic and Ministry Health Care Heart Care Team's initiative to educate 500 people in the Wausau area on CPR using the AHA CPR Anytime Training Program, Tom Weaver, public relations manager at Ministry Saint Clare’s, coordinated a significant portion of this effort, going far above and beyond his standard job duties.

He rallied local businesses to get their employees involved and organized and attended numerous training sessions throughout the area. He also coordinated media coverage of the program, including stories on WAOW Channel 9 and the Wausau Daily Herald.

Tom's initiative and effort is not only significant because of the importance of the Wausau area to our heart program, but because of the lives touched and potentially saved by learning CPR.
