Ministry Health Care Welcomes Nurse Practitioner to SAINTS Health Services For Business
Certified nurse practitioner Wendy Neupert has joined the staff of SAINTS Health Services for Business, the occupational health service of Ministry Health Care.
With more than 30 years of experience in health care in the Wausau area, Neupert joins the team of specially trained occupational health professionals at SAINTS clinics in Weston and Merrill.
“I hope to use my role as a nurse practitioner with SAINTS to connect with employers so that we can help their employees take advantage of proactive health management programs and help them through any problems that may arise on the job,” said Neupert.
SAINTS provides comprehensive occupational health services for businesses that require medical evaluation and periodic surveillance to promote safe working conditions, while meeting industry and hiring standards as well as regulatory requirements.
After completing her associate degree in nursing from Northcentral Technical College, Wausau, and a bachelor’s degree at Mount Senario College, Ladysmith; Neupert received her Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner Certificate from Planned Parenthood of Wisconsin, Milwaukee and her master’s degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
The SAINTS occupational health clinic in Weston is located at Ministry Medical Group on the campus of the Weston Regional Medical Center; The Merrill clinic is at Good Samaritan Health Center in Merrill.
In her spare time, Neupert and her husband Patrick enjoy 4-wheeling, fishing and spending time with family.
