POINTLESS BROTHERS DANCE TO BENEFIT THE NEW HOUSE OF THE DOVE

A local crowd favorite for over 20 years, the Pointless Brothers band will play a benefit dance on Saturday, April 16, to raise funds for the new House of the Dove hospice home. The evening includes a variety of raffle items, as well as dancing from 8 - 11:30 p.m. at the Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts.

Tickets, on sale for $10 in advance, $12 at the door, will be available at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital in the Foundation office or Chestnut Avenue Center for the Arts. Together we will build a new House of the Dove that will continue to provide professional and compassionate care to people with terminal illnesses, with even greater comfort, more space and advanced care capabilities.

The entertainment for our dance benefit, Pointless Brothers, plays favorite rock tunes, spanning the decades from vintage rock to current music and claim to have several hundred years of combined rock and roll playing experience. Some have been playing since the 1960’s, while other members weren’t even born yet. Band members are Jerry Goldberg, Mark T. Nelson, Erik Stratman, Curt Podbelsek, Bob Kult, Jim Bennett, and Dan Schenkman.
