Children's Service Society of Wisconsin

Family resource centers are a place for parents to learn to be the best possible parents they can be. Two office locations offer programming throughout Marathon County and provide a nurturing environment in which parents can connect with resources, access programs, and enjoy family activities with their children at no cost.

WIC Offices in Wisconsin

The purpose of the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC) is to promote and maintain the health and well-being of nutritionally at-risk pregnant, breastfeeding and postpartum women, infants and children. WIC provides supplemental nutritious foods, nutrition and breastfeeding information, and referral to other health and nutrition services. WIC also promotes and supports breastfeeding.

Start Right Program of Marathon County

Start Right provides education, support and resources to help families in Marathon County raise healthy, school ready kids.

Maternal and Child Health Hotline

The Wisconsin Maternal And Child Health (MCH) Hotline provides information and links to services and resources for women before, during, and after pregnancy and for children including children with special health care needs.

When you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you have special nutritional needs. This site from the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is designed just for you. It has advice you need to help you and your baby stay healthy.

Find out what's happening each day in your pregnancy. This site provides links to articles, books, products, and peer-to-peer anecdotes to help you through your entire pregnancy. The calendar features links to hundreds of articles as well as a fetal development section including fetal development pictures.

Postpartum Support International is dedicated to helping women suffering from perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, including postpartum depression, the most common complication of childbirth.

March of Dimes

The March of Dimes helps moms have full-term pregnancies and researches the problems that threaten the health of babies.
