Hope Lodge is a "home of hope" for cancer patients receiving treatment at Saint Joseph's Hospital and Marshfield Clinic. Hope Lodge in Marshfield is a project of the American Cancer Society to provide no cost housing to cancer patients and their caregivers, which will help reduce the financial burdens of cancer treatment.

Marshfield is the site for the first Hope Lodge in the state of Wisconsin. This area was chosen due to the large numbers of cancer patients traveling great distances for their treatments. Many cancer treatments last weeks or even months at a time. Hope Lodge provides a respite from the financial concerns of finding affordable accommodations at a time when patients should be focused on fighting cancer.

Hope Lodge is located across the street from House of the Dove on Western Street in Marshfield. It features 23 rooms (some rooms are suites with a pull-out couch; others are single rooms) as well as a library, living room, and large kitchen area for individuals to cook their own meals and socialize.
