Ministry Home Care has provided a full continuum of compassionate care to the people of the Northwoods for many years. Based out of offices in Rhinelander and Arbor Vitae, our hospice professionals travel to the homes of patients throughout this beautiful region, including Forest, Iron, Langlade, Lincoln, Oneida, Price, Taylor and Vilas Counties.

For individuals who are unable to remain at home during their final months of life, we provide care to patients at our hospice home in Woodruff - Seasons of Life. The peaceful residence is tucked in a scenic wooded area on the edge of Woodruff.
