Ministry pharmacists provide a wide variety of services, which may include order entry/verification, patient rounding, code blue/trauma response, kinetics, metabolic support, anticoagulation monitoring, teaching students and other services.

Pharmacy directors form each Ministry Health Care pharmacy make-up a Values Analysis Team (VAT). They meet regularly to optimize patient care efficiency and productivity. The VAT has a clinical subgroup made up of clinical staff pharmacists that explore clinical and therapeutic opportunities across the system.
