Vanessa Freitag, PharmD,
Pharmacy Director for inpatient and outpatient pharmacy services at Ministry Saint Joseph’s Hospital and Ministry Our Lady of Victory Hospital.

She obtained her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Minnesota and has worked as a clinical pharmacist and clinical manager of clinical services prior to moving to Marshfield for the Director role. She is currently leading system-wide projects to improve standardization of pharmacy services for the Ministry Health Care system, including implementation of a system-wide Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee structure. Vanessa sits on the system-wide Ministry Quality Council that has oversight for initiatives driven through Ascension Health Care pharmacy services. She is a Lean Six Sigma greenbelt and program director for the administrative residency in health-system pharmacy.
