Bloodborne Pathogen Training
Bloodborne pathogen training is an annual OSHA training requirement for companies who have employees who are at risk of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. This interactive training session will discuss how diseases (HIV, HAV, HBV) are transmitted, describe universal precautions, identify ways to prevent an exposure incident, and discuss what to do if an exposure occurs. Per the company request we will also review the companies’ exposure control plan and customize the training session to the specific companies policy. At the end of the session employees will be allowed to ask questions to the instructor as well as test their knowledge by completing a 10 question quiz.
