Adult CPR & AED
This is an American Red Cross course that combines hands on skills-training for adult CPR and automated external defibrillator (AED). It prepares participants to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies; the two skills needed to save the life of a sudden cardiac arrest victim. Adult CPR and the AED components are also available separately. This ARC certification is valid for 2 years.

First Aid
Gain the knowledge and skills necessary to prevent, recognize, and provide basic care for injuries and sudden illnesses until advanced medical personnel arrive and take over. This American Red Cross course teaches you how to care for injuries including severe cuts and burns, sprains and strains, sudden illnesses such as poisonings, bites and stings as well as how to recognize and care for heat- and cold-related emergencies. This ARC certification is valid for 2 years.

Bloodborne Pathogen Training

Bloodborne pathogen training is an annual OSHA training requirement for companies who have employees who are at risk of occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. This interactive training session will discuss how diseases (HIV, HAV, HBV) are transmitted, describe universal precautions, identify ways to prevent an exposure incident, and discuss what to do if an exposure occurs. Per the company request SAINTS will also review the companies’ exposure control plan and customize the training session to the specific companies policy.  At the end of the session employees will be allowed to ask questions to the instructor as well as test their knowledge by completing a 10 question quiz.
