The Journey of Life: Understanding Grief When someone we love dies, they do not leave our hearts. Their presence is still very, very strong, and it rips us apart knowing we will never hear their laugh, or touch their soft face, or feel their embrace around our shoulders again. A piece of our life is missing, and their absence can be overwhelming.
Our popular series titled The Journey of Life: Understanding Grief will be offered free of charge in Marshfield this fall. The series includes 6 consecutive sessions of information and support to assist adults in examining and understanding the grief process. The group will meet Thursday evenings, October 13 – November 17, 5:30-7:30pm at the Ministry Home Care office in the Rapids Mall, 220 Third Avenue South, Suite 102, Wisconsin Rapids. All adults are welcome to participate. Attendance is free, but pre-registration is required by October 10 to assure materials are available for all participants. Please call Ministry Home Care—Hospice Services, 800-397-4216 for additional information and pre-registration.
