7th Annual Christmas from the Heart in Rhinelander
Ministry Home Care – Hospice will hold their seventh annual Christmas from the Heart event on Saturday, November 10 at Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander. Everyone is invited to shop for a cause at this benefit for hospice.
The unique fair will be held from 9am-3pm, featuring a variety of vendors who are giving a portion of their sales directly to Ministry Hospice. Admission is free. In addition to shopping with the many vendors and crafters, visitors may purchase a variety of delicious holiday treats at the Cookie Walk, including special items prepared by the American Culinary Federation of Nicollet College, enjoy a hot dog and chips for lunch, browse in the White Elephant Sale and try their luck with great raffle opportunities.
A portion of every sale goes to hospice, benefiting patients who are un-insured or underinsured. As part of their commitment to the local community, Ministry Home Care provides this important end-of-life care to anyone who is medically eligible, regardless of their ability to pay.
The Fifth Annual Tree of Love tree-lighting ceremony will be held on Monday, December 3, 5pm at the Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital. Everyone is welcome to join Ministry Home Care for this special free gathering, where the holiday season will begin with a recognition of the pain of loss, and hearts full of love and memories.
