Ministry Home Care – Hospice will hold its eighth annual Christmas from the Heart event on Saturday, November 8, at Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital located at 2251 North Shore Drive in Rhinelander. Everyone is invited to shop for a cause at this benefit for Hospice.
This unique event will be held from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m., and will feature a variety of vendors who are generously donating a portion of their sales to Ministry Hospice. Admission is free. In addition to shopping at the many vendor and craft booths, visitors may purchase a variety of delicious bake sale holiday treats, and try their luck with great raffle opportunities. Raffle prizes include a tree skirt, the annual chocolate basket and a quilt donated by the Northwoods Quilters.
A portion of every sale goes to Hospice, benefiting patients who are uninsured or underinsured. As part of its commitment to the local community, Ministry Home Care provides important end-of-life care to anyone who is medically eligible, regardless of their ability to pay.
Another great event coming up is the Seventh Annual Tree of Love tree-lighting ceremony that will be held at Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital on Monday, December 1, at 6 p.m. and everyone is welcome to attend.
