Volunteer Training in Waupaca
Ministry Hospice helps individuals dying of terminal illnesses live each day to the fullest, pain-free, with dignity and peace. Trained hospice volunteers are important members of the Ministry Hospice Care Team.
The hospice team consists of many professionals—nurses, aides, social workers, therapists, chaplains, bereavement coordinators, and the medical director, as well as specially-trained volunteers, who all work together to support individuals and their families during their last months of life.
Be a part of a powerful journey by becoming a hospice volunteer. Training held Thursdays starting September, 1-5 pm at the Waupaca Public Library, 107 S. Main Street.
There is no cost to participate, but space is limited. Please pre-register by August 29. For more information, contact Ministry Home Care at 800.398.1297.
