This nearly 5,000 square-foot clinic focusing on family medicine, internal medicine and pediatrics, is located is on the 4th floor of Ministry Good Samaritan Health Center.

In addition to primary care services, we are also offering outreach clinic pre/post operation care for bariatric services.
