Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and audiology patients who have been cared for at Ministry Medical Group clinics in Rhinelander, Tomahawk and Eagle River have recommended the service with high regard.
For over 12 consecutive months, one hundred percent of patients surveyed said they would “definitely recommend” audiologists Heidi Grosskopf and Karen Teter, and ENT physician Shishir Sheth.
A patient satisfaction survey is given to Ministry ENT and audiology patients who have had health care services provided to them, and asks, “Would you recommend the physician/health care professional you saw to your family or friends?” A total of 474 surveys returned over the last 12 months documented that each patient would definitely recommend Drs. Grosskopf, Teter and Sheth.
“Our goal is to have 100 percent of our patients be satisfied with the services we provide,” said Bob Sookochoff, MD, Ministry Medical Group regional vice president. “The ENT and audiology departments have consistently met or exceeded this goal. This is an outstanding achievement and something we are very proud of.”
ENT and audiology care engages the patient every step of the way. Ministry believes that caregivers must be respectful and responsive to the needs, wants and values of the patient.
“We believe focusing on the patient is of critical importance for providers,” added Dr. Sheth. “At our facilities, the ENT and audiology staff is committed to providing excellent care to ensure patients have the best possible outcomes.”
