(Crandon, WI) – Ministry Medical Group (MMG) is proud to announce expanded hours to accommodate patients at its Crandon clinic, located at 400 West Glen Street.
Beginning February 25, 2013 MMG in Crandon will be open Monday and Wednesday from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 7 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday from 8 - 11 a.m. to serve you and your family. No appointment is needed on Saturday.
“We understand how tough it is to take time away from one’s commitments to visit a family provider, so with the extended hours, our providers will be available when it’s more convenient for the patient,” said Jodi Stamper, Ministry Medical Group clinic supervisor. “The extended hours showcase our commitment to the community and to Ministry’s Patient Centered Medical Home model.”
Today, people want more from health care. They want the best high-tech treatments available today, but they also want the personal attention and care of yesteryear … and at the same time, they want a way to reduce health care costs. What’s the answer? Ministry's approach to personalized care. This model helps patients achieve that level of care. But what does personalized care actually mean? It is modeled after the health care delivery model, Patient Centered Medical Home. But it's not a physical “home.” Rather, it is a relationship developed with your primary care provider and his or her staff at one of our outpatient facilities. It is a place where people know you, know your needs and preferences, and know the best way to care for you.
MMG Crandon is an outpatient department of Ministry Saint Mary's Hospital.
