New this year: FREE Senior Aquatic Exercise Experience

Experience the health benefits of exercising in the water. Seniors 55 and over may participate free of charge. The pool will open at 2:30 p.m. for in water classes from 3 – 4 p.m. Sponsored by Ministry Our Lady of Victory Hospital Therapy Department and the Stanley-Boyd Pool and Fitness Center.
