Individual and Group Coaching starts Tuesday!
Starting this Tuesday, January 24 individual or group coaching classes begin from 5-7 p.m., with weekly sessions being held at Ministry’s 2501 Main Building. Individual or group coaching classes are a great opportunity to explore techniques and learn skills that will assist you in achieving the best possible you. It is a supportive, non-judgmental relationship that encourages and assists in the navigation of such issues as weight loss.
As a previous member of a group coaching class states, “The friendships I formed in these coaching classes really helped me create a network of support that has helped me not only lose weight but keep it off. “Come alone or bring a friend, either way you will experience life changing ideas and have lots of fun and laughs along the way.
One on One and Group Coaching is available to all participants on a first come first serve basis. MCWR participants receive three, free thirty-minute sessions (over a $250.00 value) included as part of their entrance fee. Please email Dr. Celine Kline to sign-up; email@example.com

You just joined the Ministry Community Weight Race, now what?
The Ministry Community Weight Race Panel of Experts will be able to answer your questions in areas of exercise, nutrition, motivation, injury prevention, relationships, social support, and emotion as they pertain to your weight-loss journey.
Our Panel of Experts consists of Dan Kraeger, DO (Director of Ministry Point Sport Medicine), Dr. Celine Kline (UWSP Associate Lecturer, School of Health Promotion & Human Development), Kit Werner, RD, (Ministry Health Care Diabetes Services), and Jackie Meyers (Pilates Fitness Instructor, Stevens Point Area YMCA).
Do not miss this great opportunity to have your questions answered and to start your weight-loss journey on a high note. The presentation will be from 5:30 -6:30 p.m. held on the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point campus in the Dreyfus University Center Building in the Alumni Room, 1015 Reserve Street, Stevens Point. Workshop’s this week: Home Exercise: Cheap, Easy, and Fun!
Having trouble exercising at home? Can't afford expensive exercise equipment? Don't know how to make exercise a part of the daily routine for you and your family? These classes will teach you how to use exercise balls and bands, how to incorporate exercise into your daily routine, and how to make it fun!
There are two classes. One starts at 5 p.m. and the other at 6 p.m. Please register with Traci via email or phone. Be sure to indicate your name and which class time you are signing up for. You will receive email verification when registered. Each class is limited to 50 participants.
