SAINTS Health Services for Business, the occupational health service of Ministry Health Care, continues to facilitate monthly Business and Industry Forums for local businesses who are interested in the health and safety of their employees. This group meets the second Tuesday of each month from 2:30-3:30 p.m. in the Saint Clare’s Hospital Conference Center with topics that are issue driven and educational.
The next meeting of the Business and Industry Forum is Tuesday, November 10 and will feature an informative program on Drug Abuse and Drug Screen Testing by Karen Krueger, R.N., BSN and Jenni Koback, R.N., BSN, of SAINTS Health Services for Business.
The program will focus on drug abuse and addiction in the workplace with special emphasis on signs, symptoms and help for drug problems, as well as the recovery process and drug testing requirements for companies.
There is no charge for this program, but advanced registration is required by contacting Lori Britz at 715.393.3990 or via email at lori.britz@ministryhealth.org. Refreshments will be provided, but space is limited, with seating on a first come – first serve basis.
