Taste of the Town Supports Ministry Saint Clare’s “Angels Among Us” Campaign

Five area restaurants have joined the Foundation of Ministry Saint Clare’s Hospital’s Angels Among Us campaign to present “Taste of the Town.”

Together they will provide unique dining opportunities for the week of December 12-16 with a portion of the proceeds supporting Foundation programs that assist patients in need at time of discharge, victims of abuse, infants and children, and student programs that encourage careers in health care. Taste of the Town offers the following opportunities at participating restaurants:

City Grill/Jefferson Street Inn in Wausau: Portion of appetizer proceeds for the week.
Basil in Weston: Portion of all proceeds for the week.
Noodles and Company: Portion of food proceeds on December 14 from 4-7pm.
Redeye Brewing Company in Wausau: Portion of appetizer proceeds for the week.
Papa Brats in Wausau: Portion of proceeds for the week.

“We are grateful for the support of these restaurant partners and hope people will take advantage of this opportunity to enjoy some of the best food the area has to offer while supporting Angels Among Us,” said Sherri Waid, director of Volunteer Services at Ministry Saint Clare’s and member of the Angels Among Us Planning Committee.
