During its first meeting on the New Year, Saint Elizabeth’s Auxiliary members installed its leadership for the coming year. All four elected officers agreed to stay on board for another term. They include Jan Kuklinski, treasurer; Geri Tibor, president; Janet Drysdale, secretary; and Dutch Johnson, vice-president.
The 2012 inaugural meeting of Saint Elizabeth’s Auxiliary featured guest speaker Tom Crowley, president of Saint Elizabeth’s Medical Center. He opened his presentation with an expression of gratitude for the strong partnership Saint Elizabeth’s enjoys with its Auxiliary.
“We couldn’t do what we do without the generosity, commitment, and hard work of auxiliary members,” said Tom. “Their ongoing support and collaboration have touched the lives of so many. Their co-sponsorship of the Holiday Bazaar and coordination of Lifeline generate thousands of dollars annually that help fund many capital improvement projects. This year, they’ve pledged $35,000 toward the four-season porch project at Saint Elizabeth’s Health Care Center. Their contributions really make a difference.” Tom went on to highlight many accomplishments from the previous year and spotlight planned strategies for the coming months. In addition to the porch project, Saint Elizabeth’s is planning for the advancement of CT scanning technology.
