Conducted by health professionals and funded by the Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation, screenings will include Diabetes Screen, Cholesterol Screen, PSA Prostate Screen, Blood Pressure, Balance, Throat Screen, Depression and Anxiety Take-Home Quiz, and Colorectal Take-Home Kit.  A limited number of Hearing Screens and Breast Health Exams will also be offered; pre-register for the hearing screen and breast health exam by calling 715.453.7770.

FREE screenings are available on a first come first served basis.  Results from cholesterol and PSA tests will be mailed.

Medication for disposal will be collected, funding provided by the Sacred Heart Hospital Foundation.  Medications should be brought in their original containers (please do not mix medications together). For prescription medications, the patient’s name should be crossed out with a black, permanent marker to comply with HIPPA requirements. NO CHEMOTHERAPY DRUGS or SHARPS please!
