Ministry Rehabilitation Services is proud to offer a Women’s Strength and Conditioning Class beginning January 11, 2010 at the Tomahawk School Complex. Class is designed for women who would like to increase their fitness level through the use of a variety of strengthening and cardiovascular exercises. Class will meet from 6 – 7:15 a.m. on Monday, Wednesday and Friday for four weeks beginning January 11 through February 3, 2010. A minimum of six registered participants is required for the class to be held. Class fee is $50 per participant.
“Women these days are so busy that regular exercise can be one of the first things to be eliminated from the daily “to do” list,” said Kimberly Ice, LAT. “However, the benefits of regular exercise far outweigh the effects of a sedentary lifestyle. Regular exercise will: increase weight loss, increase self esteem, and improve control of high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.”

Who is the Instructor? Kimberly Ice, LAT
Kim is a certified and licensed Athletic Trainer with Ministry Rehabilitation Services. She has been with Ministry since 2004. She currently instructs the Lifestyle Enhancement classes at Sacred Heart Hospital. This program assists patients with their exercise programs while in a supervised environment. She also provides occasional athletic training services to Tomahawk High School athletes. Kim has instructed the middle school speed, agility, and quickness camp for the past 3 years.
