This Patient Centered Medical Home has board certified, family practice physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners that provide comprehensive, compassionate health care for area individuals and families. Through the rotating services of Rhinelander physicians, the clinic offers other health care specialties. Health care services include diagnostic services, audiology, cardiology, internal medicine, obstetrics/gynecology, oncology, Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), neurology, surgery and lab services.

Clinic Hours:

Monday - Thursday 7 a.m. - 7 p.m.
Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday 8 a.m. - Noon

Access our 24-hour prescription refill line by calling 715.453.7217. Prescriptions will be processed by 5 p.m. the following business day with the exception of Saturday.

After-Hours Care: beyond regular office hours, physicians or support staff can be reached by calling 715.453.7200
